Treatment for women who hold it all together

Many women in Bollington, Prestbury and Macclesfield carry a great deal: work, family, a home that runs on their planning. It often shows up as poor sleep, a tight jaw and shoulders, digestion that flares under stress, migraines, or hormonal changes that make you feel unlike yourself.

A first appointment here is two hours, with time to hear the whole story and treat it in the same visit. Follow-ups are an hour. Treatment combines acupuncture or acupressure with bodywork such as myofascial release, Tui Na, and visceral therapy, plus Chinese herbs or nutrition when they help.

If you would rather not come every week, Deep Work sessions of four or six hours work through several issues in one visit. A De-Stress session of one or two hours is a gentle way to begin.

Client stories

Before coming to see Ela, I was all over the place. Anxiety had been there all the time. The digestive pain was constant… I had three sessions of de-stress acupuncture. My panic attacks stopped completely. IBS, bloating and pain reduced significantly, by about 80%. My sleep improved. My energy returned.

Make a day of it

A walking reset in the High Peak.

The journey can be part of the treatment. Book an early session, then have lunch in Whaley Bridge and walk it in: up Eccles Pike for the wide views, or along the flat canal towpath. Or do it the other way round: walk in the morning, have lunch, and arrive for an afternoon appointment already a little softer. Time in the hills, close to nature, helps the nervous system settle and rejuvenate, and the treatment goes deeper for it.
